Ryan Courech is the Managing Partner of Meridian Real Estate Development LLC and Meridian Homes / MCH Construction, where he leads the acquisition, development, and construction of residential real estate projects across Florida.  Ryan has developed and constructed hundreds of residential units, including large-scale Build-to-Rent communities, townhome developments, and custom homes.  

He is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida and has built a reputation for executing projects through strong processes and hands on leadership.  Ryan’s experience spans land acquisition, entitlement, underwriting, construction management, and asset execution, with a strong focus on disciplined budgeting, schedule control, and asset management..

Under his leadership, Meridian Homes won numerous awards for their custom homes and developments.  Then sensing an opportunity in the Build 2 Rent space Meridian partnered with institutional investors and capital partners to expand in high-growth Florida markets to create the finest build 2 rent homes at incredible delivery price points while maintaining the highest quality for landlords and tenants.

Ryan is known for his direct, execution-focused leadership style and his commitment to building scalable real estate platforms rooted in accountability, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

Ryan graduated from Florida State University and earned his MBA from Rollins College. He enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and son Mac.
