Our Civil Engineer works closely with our construction professionals, such as the architect and contractors, to ensure the development is progressing properly.
Cycorp Engineers helps us survey our development site, test the ground conditions, and make certain construction materials are maintained properly. Additionally, Cycorp Engineers are responsible for inspecting the implementation of the infrastructure during the development process.
Cycorp Engineers are the lead person in creating the site plan of what is to be developed. Our Civil Engineer partner works closely with the permitting jurisdiction to design the roads, water and sewer systems, sidewalks and the underground structural system. They continue to oversee the project to ensure all practices are met.
