Shane Acevedo earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the Florida State University.  He is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 22 years of real estate development, focusing in areas of Commercial, Multifamily, Single Family and Urban Infill projects.

Shane has been recognized as a reputable manager with the ability to manage and lead groups with honesty and integrity.

He has decades of experience working with lending institutions, private investors, political figures, non-profits, for-profits, local, state, and federal agencies.

After Graduate School, Shane was hired by the Department of Environmental Protection in Tallahassee, FL, where he gained knowledge and understanding of how the environment and development should work together.  He worked as an Environmental Cleanup Specialist and liaison to legal counsel to the department head.

After his time there, he found his passion in real estate development and became President of A & S Development, Inc., where he led the development of numerous multi-family and commercial developments throughout the early 2000 to 2010.

He is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in real estate development.

Shane has a teenage daughter and enjoys anything sports-related, especially related to his alma mater, FSU.  He is an avid reader, along with being a food and wine connoisseur.
