She’s a licensed mental health counselor with 15 + years of experience in training, supervision, and guiding individuals through transition and growth, which she now applies to talent development, culture building, and employee support. Sarah’s deep understanding of human behavior and change management ensures she elevates HR strategy and fosters a resilient, inclusive workplace. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
