With his unique background in corporate finance and construction, Ryan is uniquely positioned to lead the construction and finance divisions at A&R Meridian.  During 2008 Ryan saw an incredible opportunity in real estate and left his corporate job to jump into real estate.  Shortly thereafter along with business partner Howard Axner they founded Meridian Capital Holdings LLC.  This company is still in business today with scores of beautiful homes completed under their watchful eye.

Ryan has led Meridian Capital Holdings LLC through both great and turbulent times in Real Estate over the last 13 years.  Each of these turbulent times were just market pivots which provided new business opportunities (all still in operation).  This included founding other successful companies such as Meridian Rentals LLC, Meridian Realty Advisors LLC, A&R Meridian Real Estate Development LLC, MCH Construction LLC and Ingenuity Air.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from Florida State University and his MBA from Rollins College. He is a licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida (CGC1528377), licensed Florida real estate agent, and board member of various businesses.

When not building people’s dream homes he can found on the Mosquito Lagoon looking for giant redfish.  Ryan is a devoted father and spouse who loves spending time with Wife Sarah and Son Mac.
