Katie serves as Lead Asset Manager at Meridian, overseeing the operational performance, coordination, and ongoing management of the firm’s rental and development assets. With over 10 years of experience in operations, financial coordination, customer service, and team management, she brings a strong organizational and execution-focused approach to asset oversight, budgeting, and vendor coordination.  In her downtime, Katie enjoys boating and spending quality time with her boys.
