Ian has over 20 years experience as a construction manager working with multiple home builders through out his career.  He has built thousands of homes and townhomes through out Florida.  During his time with Meridian, Ian spearheaded bringing block and concrete work in house allowing us to deliver higher quality homes at a lower price point.  Ian enjoys fishing in the Indian River and spending time with his family.
