A and R Meridian Real Estate Development Company has been selected by a publicly traded hedge fund that is one of the largest players in the growing build to rent industry. As such we are building the same single-family design, many concurrently. At the time of this website update, A and R Meridian has 80 projects in progress, in Palm Bay Florida, and we anticipate acquiring hundreds more in Palm Bay in 2023. While these are lower cost homes than the custom ones that Meridian typically builds, the quality of workmanship and attention to detail remains just as high.\
